Making a mark is an intuitive path. Experimentation is my driving force. I thrive on diversity.
Since taking leave from formal art school in Brisbane in 1993, I have worked as a freelance fine artist, specializing in painting, drawing, screen-print, photography and graphic design. I have exhibited in group and solo shows in and around Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Sydney and Byron Bay. My work is in private collections around the globe from Berlin to Brooklyn and Alice Springs to Auckland. I am currently settled with my family near Byron Bay.
In all various styles a common thread attempts to define my search for a sense of place, a sense of clarity in this age of complex modern life, weaving together themes like love, dreams, depression, life and death, I endeavour to create images that depict my own psyche at play.
