Inspired by Romantic paintings especially the Pre Raphaelites, my painting is neither political nor religious.

Bringing together unlikely elements, creating a surreal image. I would like them to look “handmade”.

The paintwork is the real subject for me. Searching for a beautiful moment of paint and strengthening it, harmonizing it with the rest of the work.

This I hope will make whole painting interesting for the viewer and a pleasure for the eyes on their travels.
